Skyhilltravels knows it very well that hoe difficult can it be to book a ticket and then cancel it so we bring you some relaxation for the process of cancellation. If any condition you cancel your holiday or a little part of that. Any cancellation must be informed in writing by the individual who made the booking. If individuals complete travel agreement is canceled, all amounts of money paid will be a loss. If a section of your holiday is canceled, an amount will be charged per person. Where extra amounts of money have been collected concerning to a specific component these will be a loss.

If members of a group booking withdraw, there are fixed costs which mean the remaining travelling party must pay more per person. We require your authority in writing before we can make any change. In the event that any change is requested in relation to a group booking we require the authority in writing of the lead name before we can make the change.

If you wish to make any other change to your booking at any time after our booking confirmation has been issued, we will try but cannot promise to meet your request. Number of days left before your due date of departure when your authority in writing is received by us. If you wish, following the issue to you by us of our booking confirmation, to cancel your booking or any part of it relating to any person (in the case of a group booking), we will require your authority in writing or (in the case of a group booking) the authority in writing of the lead name to do so. Our cancellation charges will apply (see the table 'cancellation charges' below). These are calculated with reference to the date on which we receive your authority in writing. We will not refund to you any deposits, administration charges, insurance premiums or any other fees or charges made by us and paid by you relating to your holiday in the event of cancellation by you.

The following Percentage will be paid to you with respect to your cancellation
    40 % for 59 - 43 days
  • 60 % for 29 - 42 days
  • 90 % for 7 - 28 days
  • 95 % for 6 days

Cancellations Limitations

  • Reservations which include an upgraded flight (refundable after cancellation the upgrade)
  • Reservations which include multiple names, if only part of the customer to the cancellation / refund
  • Purchased reservation in cash
  • Reservations made via a travel agency
  • Reservations made via the website
